Privacy notice for Roof Insight

What you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address, how you prefer to be contacted, the issues you pick, and your description.

Photos you add. Before they are uploaded, the form re-saves each photo at a smaller size, which also removes hidden details such as the location where it was taken.

Technical information: your IP address, used only to limit abuse (see “How long we keep it”), and Cloudflare's check that you are a person.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If the page reloads before you send the form, your answers are kept in that browser tab only, until you send the form or close the tab.

• To send your request to ACE Roofing & Remodeling, who will contact you about it by phone, text or email, as you choose. We never send marketing messages, and your number is not used for automated calls or texts.
• To give you a preliminary, computer-generated summary of your roof issue and email you a copy.
• To keep the form working and to prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Your request goes only to ACE Roofing & Remodeling, never to other companies.

These companies handle your information only to provide their part of the service:

• Cloudflare hosts the form and runs the check that you are a person (Turnstile privacy).
• Supabase stores requests and photos in a private database.
• OpenAI writes the preliminary summary from your issues, description and photos. OpenAI does not use them to train its models and may keep them up to 30 days to prevent abuse.
• Google suggests addresses as you type: what you type in the address field is sent to Google. Address suggestions are subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
• Resend delivers the emails to ACE Roofing & Remodeling and to you.

• Your request and photos are deleted automatically 12 months after the request. ACE Roofing & Remodeling keeps its own copy of the emails it received.
• Abuse-prevention records: your IP address is never stored as-is, only as a scrambled code that cannot be turned back into it, and those records are deleted within 7 days.

Everything is sent over encrypted connections. Requests and photos are stored privately and are reachable only by our servers; links to photos in emails stop working after 30 days. If a security problem ever affected your information, we would tell you as the law requires.

This form is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

The preliminary summary is generated by software from what you shared. It is not a professional roof inspection, structural evaluation, repair estimate or insurance determination. An onsite inspection is required to confirm roof conditions.

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with its date.
